MPC has supporting relationships with local, regional, and global mission partners including OFCB in Haiti, Montana de Luz in Honduras, and ministries and personnel in Malawi, the Middle East, and elsewhere.
Our Mission Partners
Education
Montreat Presbyterian Church welcomes all children in worship and in the life of this congregation. We encourage children to sing and pray with the congregation as together we worship God.
- Some children find it easier to listen when they are drawing or coloring, so we provide a Children’s Table in the back of the worship space, which includes books and clipboards with activities.
- Bible Story Time begins September 1, 2024
- If parents prefer, a nursery is provided for infants to five-year-olds in the Allen Building from 9:45 to 11:15 A.M.
The Montreat Women’s Circle meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 10:00 A.M. and are held in the Walkup Building at 300 Community Center Drive in Montreat.
The new Horizons Bible study is Let Justice Roll Down: God’s Call to Care for Neighbors and All Creation, by Patricia Tull.
Earth Care Ministry
At Montreat Presbyterian Church our members are given opportunities to put their faith into hands-on action, living out Jesus’ commandments. We partner with several organizations in the area.
